There is finally a method to my madness, I collect Flames, past or present, and any of the players we have met in our travels.

Fleury, Jeff Deslauriers and Killer

Purchased through Ebay, from Bossa Productions, a great company in BC. Both players attended Bossa's Calgary show last April. It is a custom made card too.

Signed TTM, honestly never keep track of how long but it was about 2 months.

1972 Year in Hockey Box Break

Pricey for a box of cards and I cracked it at the store and enjoyed what was found.  I was born in 1972 so I never collected these so I find it fun to see what hockey was like back in the day.  The autographs are at best average so I stick to the a graph is a graph.  The jersey cards I have pulled are all Hall of Famers, Dionne, Shutt and Lafleur.  Just the Dionne from this box though.  I pulled a 'coach' and rookie card from the subsets also.  I came across 2 checklists, which should be hard to come by.  I am closer to completing my set now with some new memorabilia cards!

1972 Year in Hockey Dan Bouchard, Guy Lafleur and Vladimir Shadrin

I can almost call these cards now.  Get a fresh box of ITG 72, take the outside middle packs, usually 3-4 on each side.  I bought 7 packs today, pulled these cards.

Theoren Fluery Signed Upper Deck 90-91

Signed at the Russell Bar in Russell Manitoba, Canada. I was buddies with Theo's younger brother so I snagged this in 1991.

Theoren Fluery Signed OPC Rookie

I actually knew Theo from years ago, he is from a town near my home town. As a kid, we never bothered asking guys who played on the NHL for autographs, Kelly Buchberger, Theo, Jeff Odgers. Now as a collector the chances are not as easy as they once were. Theo and Doug Gilmour did a signing in Calgary for Bossa Productions on April 4 and 5. I managed to get someone to get a whole bunch of stuff signed, there was a cost but worth it. Theo's rookie card from 89-90 was a neat item. And last not but least of the Flames items; a signed Gilmour Flames puck.
